Course Description

This course prepares and certifies professionals to be Scrum Masters.  Scrum Masters facilitate and ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved on the project; clears impediments for the team, and; ensures that Scrum processes are followed. The SMC® exam fee is included as part of the class, and the test is on Day 2 of the training.

Delivery Method:

Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.

If you are already a PMI member and wish to join our chapter, Go to the PMI Global website www.pmi.org.  Log in using your PMI member ID and password.   Click "Get Involved" and then click the "chapter" link.  Select the chapter and click the "join" button.
